Greilark / Waater
Greilark is a Pacific Northwest electronic artist, DJ, and sound designer with roots stretching back to 2000. Moving through Ragga, Jungle, Drum & Bass, Techno, Progressive sounds, and the spaces between, Greilark is driven by rhythm, atmosphere, exploration, and a belief that music is woven into the fabric of our lives.

The story began with Waater, an early project dedicated to Ambient, Downtempo, Goa, and Psytrance. Through the 2000s, Waater became deeply connected to the Pacific Northwest underground, including two releases on Triplag Music, collaborations with communities such as Seelie Court and Oracle Gatherings, and involvement with Earthdance NW.
As the musical path widened, Greilark emerged as a home for heavier rhythms, broken beats, deeper grooves, and a broader range of electronic sound. What began as another direction eventually grew into its own identity.
Today, Greilark and Waater exist side by side. Two distinct projects, each with its own voice, connected by more than two decades of underground music, experimentation, and a love of the journey.
From forests and open skies to dark rooms and late nights, the intention remains simple: tell stories through sound, bring people together, and keep the light steady and bright.
